Prior to forming his private consulting practice, Mr. Warren was Of Counsel in the Private Clients Practice Group of the law firm Hill & Barlow. Mr. Warren was also a Senior Vice President of USI Consulting Group, which acquired Benefits Advisors of New England, the benefits consulting firm founded by Mr. Warren in 1986. He has also previously served as a consultant with Watson Wyatt Company and a corporate attorney with Standex International Corporation. Mr. Warren is a graduate of the Boston University College of Financial Planning. He holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Hartford. He is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations, a frequent public speaker and is often quoted in leading financial publications.
